- Should you require any uniquification of the product , repair or need to clean or polish any of your past purchases from Navid Jewellery, we do this for you, at a Normal cost or even in some cases FREE of charge .
- If you are not Satisfied with the product and wanted to have it more customized ( More Weight , More Thickness , ... ) we can do that for you, But note that the price might be a little bit different.
- Once the quality team confirms the reconditioned as per requirement, you will be asked to courier the product to us. Post repair, the article will be sent back according to your instructions.
