I ordered a letter necklace (letter E), I received the letter V, I thought this must have been my mistake but I ordered it again and this time they sent an A. Obviously they have issues with the website.
hello, we had some issue like this before , there are sometimes website bugs that select the different letter , we are recommend t to just incase send the details in NOTE section to avoid any letter mistakes and we are replacing the wrong order.
